Lisa Mae Lynne Pang, 51, of Pahoa died Jan. 26 at Hilo Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. Funeral service will be held Saturday at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home. Visitation at 10 a.m. Service at 11 a.m. Survived by mother, Harriet (Harry) Chavaria Muntz of Hilo; daughters, Helena (Roy Tolentino) Pang of Puna, Alicia (Cavin Campbell) Pang of Hilo and Clarissa (Thomas Aiu-Horie) Pang of Hilo; 12 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Kathleen Ann O’Leary, 56, of Glenwood died Dec. 31 in Kenai, Alaska. Born in California, she was a former employee of Hawaii Volcano’s National Park and a certified nurse’s aide. Celebration of life will be held at 11:30 a.m. Feb. 17 at Wailoa State Park Pavilion. Casual attire. Eleanor Kanoa Noel, 79, of McLeansboro, Ill., died Jan. 31 at Hamilton Memorial Nursing Center. Born in Puna, she was a retired corporal with the U.S. Marine Corps, manager at K-Mart in Chicago and a graduate of Laupahoehoe High School. Funeral services with military honors were held at Mound City Cemetery in McLeansboro, Ill. Darrell Maurice Hill, 71, of Waimea died Saturday. Born in Hillsboro, Ill., he was an Army veteran and artist. He moved to Kailua-Kona in 1996. Edward “Waldo” Martinez, 89, of Keaau died Jan. 29 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Pepeekeo, he was a retired manager for the former Hawaii Armor Oil Company, an ASE Mechanic for the former HT&T, and a World War II U.S. Army veteran. He was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Visitation from 8:30-10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Mass at 10:30 a.m.. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire. Barbara Jane Kananiopua Souza, 73, of Kailua-Kona died Jan. 28 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Honolulu, she was an administrator at Kamehemeha Schools. She was a member of Daughters of Hawaii and various community committees. Friends may call at noon Saturday at the West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery in Kailua-Kona for a memorial service. Casual attire.
